That's such a generous thing to share - I'm sure you know this but you're SO not alone, I think so many people can relate to this. I wish you so much love and luck - day zero is the hardest day. I'm not sure if you follow @soberdave on Instagram, I think he's wonderful. I also loved Sam Delaney's episode on the Soberful podcast. Change is SO hard, and SO brilliant. When we're thinking about drinking, my sober friends all say 'play the tape forward' - and another thing I love is 'you never ever wake up sober, thinking "I wish I'd got drunk last night"'. XXX
